Shipping Policy

Orders placed on the site can be shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries.

Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order. If you have not received any tracking information or status updates after 10 days, please check for any missed emails in your spam box. 

All orders will ship out within 1-5 business days. 

Any orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that FedEx and UPS orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Transit Times

Our transit times are based on USPS and UPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.


Domestic Shipping

Standard Ground - 1-7 Business Days

Second Day Air -  2-3 Business Days

Overnight Air -  1-2 Business Days

International Shipping


Signature is required for all deliveries and UPS or DHL will coordinate delivery with you directly by notifying you when they plan on delivering your order. You will have the option to have UPS or DHL change your delivery instructions with one of the following choices.

  • Schedule Delivery (Alternative Days or Time)
  • Leave in Safe Place Options
  • Leave with a Neighbor
  • Alternate Address
  • Vacation Hold
  • Collect from a UPS or DHL Express Service Center

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and is not included in the price at checkout. Giving Bracelets LLC cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Duty is a tariff payable on goods imported. Your ship-to country collects duty and taxes on imported goods, on behalf of the Government. The rates of duty are established by the Department of Finance and can vary significantly from one product to another and one country to another. Customs and duties are based on various factors, but specifically: Country of Origin (manufacturing and textiles), and value of an item (original value, even if the item is on sale).

There can be additional fees upon delivery beyond taxes and duties.
